Hobart Zemo was the tenth Baron Zemo and the son of Hoffman Zemo. He was well known for being a respected general in the Sokovian military before he retired to a life of luxury.
Hobart had long brown hair and a brown beard. He wore Sokovian marching gear or red nobleman clothes.
Hobart was a respected general in the Sokovian military and after he retired, attempted assassinations were carried out towards Wilhelm I- father of Kaiser Wilhelm II- causing registration acts to be passed, causing civilian riots and uprisings. He was killed in a riot with a pitchfork. Barony was passed to his son Herman- who would become a nefarious politician.
